Online registration for the 2027 Annual Conference will open early in 2027

 ATTENTION: INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPANTS 

International participants are responsible for determining and meeting all requirements for entry into Canada, including obtaining a visitor visa or Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA), where applicable. Participants are encouraged to review current requirements through Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and to begin any required application process well in advance of the conference.

CNS is unable to provide individualized assistance with visa, immigration or travel processes.

Once registration has opened and a participant’s registration and payment have been completed, CNS provides a standard Confirmation of Conference Registration email confirming the participant’s registration and the dates and location of the conference. This confirmation may be used as supporting documentation for a travel or visa application, as appropriate. It does not constitute a guarantee of visa approval or admission to Canada

Participants are responsible for all costs and arrangements associated with their travel to Canada.
