About the Conference

The Canadian Nutrition Society (CNS) invites members to submit proposals for symposia for the 2027 CNS Annual Conference, taking place April 29–May 1, 2027, at the RBC Convention Centre in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

As Canada’s leading multidisciplinary nutrition science organization, CNS brings together researchers, clinicians, educators, public health professionals, policymakers, trainees, industry partners and knowledge users to advance trusted nutrition science and accelerate its translation into improved health for Canadians.

The CNS Annual Conference is designed to showcase excellence and innovation across the full nutrition science continuum - from discovery and translational research to clinical practice, implementation, public health and policy.
